Established in 1972, Willemsen began with the design and development of residential buildings. Our experience in the design and construction of high-quality housing is broad ranging, from single houses, medium density housing through to high rise multi storey developments.
10 Brisbane Avenue is the latest expression of the modern Australian workplace. The design intent for the building is for an enduring timeless aesthetic with dynamic commercial function that will positively contribute to the National Capital Parliamentary Precinct, while respecting the significance of its parliamentary location.
Willemsen are licenced Class A builders and have been operating our own building division since our establishment in 1972.
Historically, Willemsen’s construction division comprised separate residential, commercial and fit out teams. In recent years, the organisation has restructured to comprise fit out and commercial refurbishment construction teams.
Design

Over 50 years of trading, Willemsen has established a substantial capital reserve which is invested outside of its own direct property assets, minimising gearing and broadening geographic dispersion. To ensure continued investment diversification we actively seek to deploy this investment capital into opportunistic value investments that are aligned with our own business objectives and values.
